I would feel like I am dealing with a passive aggressive person or someone who always has to be right. Either way, they are being insensitive. If they knew perfectly well that you would be offended by it, and said it to you anyway, they MEANT to offend you.

I'm called a bitch all the time. Good and bed reasons. My friends call me "crazy bitch." Other people just call me "bitch." When it's me friends, I know it's not bad, it's just my nickname.

I'd feel like laughing at them. This would manifest itself in laughter, and possibly pointing a finger.

I'd tell him he got it backwards - it usede to mean she-dog... now it means...well... I guess it pretty much still means she-dog.
-
I'd ... BITCH slap him and tell him that BITCH refers to a FEMALE dog... I'm OBVIOUSLY not one.

Yesterday, someone did tell me I'm a bitch in a someone-said-you-are joke...It was implied I guess, or a Freud's slip of the tongue. So I was stunted for a few seconds because he was never that blunt before, but I just went on with the conversation. He is a childhood friend, someone I really value. I guess he misread what he saw a few times at school...Well, why did he pass me by? That moment, I was saying in my head, "It's unfortunate, I could have been your bitch...whatalife."
