Not all Christians feel that way. God could have created us without a means of releasing pent up energies but was kind enough to allow us a release for those pressures that can be private.
Most frown on it cuz its lusting and Jesus said not to lust.
because they want to control your actions and make u a mental patient just like they are. your point in the question is very good. it's not logical is it ( for them to frown on female masturbation)? of course they will come up with every retarded excuse in the book to answer this question ( see the other answers) but it's just more proof that religions are total bullshit. You know female masturbation is an interesting subject. Maybe I should rent a few videos that show that kind of thing just for information purposes:)
thoughts are just as sinful as actions..applies to all humans...lustful thoughts & lustful actions, angry thoughts and angry actions, adultery thoughts and adulteress actions, jealous(envy)thoughts and jealous actions, etc.
why ? on God's Green Earth, would u think God only made rules for males? and women were exempt? ludicrous...man=human...maybe this is part of the world's problem..I AM WOMAN ,hear me ROAR, & the I AM said I could do and be and be not included in punishment!!! Amazing Grace, thank u God...:)justme
Because they don't want people to have sexual independence, especially women. Why would a woman subscribe to a hegemonic belief system that unnaturally restricts her sexuality when she's able to masturbate without pause after orgasm from the day she develops hand-eye coordination until she develops Alzheimers in later life? They need to keep that knowledge from people in order to retain their power.
kk no probz gd question too im not sure bout it myself u know. y wasnt it specified in the bible i dnt know guess god had better things to tell us to do lol i dnt fink god wouldnt bring u bk just cause of tha tho but im still only studying u know lol soo cnt wait to see other ppls views lol ill keep checking anyway lol cant i wright comment or question till i confirmed my email is dat right yh cos i cant get my email on this computer lol have to do it on a different 1 annoying tho lol anyway wb plz
I don't understand why people are so whacked about masterbation. Most people do it. There is nothing dirty about sexuality. And, who is it hurting?
Because women who have sexual drives are Jezebels.
I think that your rational for condemning masturbation is wrong. It is not the spilling of one's seed that makes masturbation sinful. It is the other things that go along with masturbation. In order to get aroused one must dwell on thoughts of sexual activity. This usually includes lustful thought about other people and can often lead to the use of pornography. In other words, one must dwell on lustful thoughts. This is something that God has quite clearly condemned. So, the problem with masturbation is that it leads one down the path that takes something that is meant to be an experience that draws husband and wife together and turns it into something that is merely for personal gratification.

i dunno lol im a jehovah's witness just studying and i did read about masturbation in a young ppl book were it is not mentioned in the bible but it does mention that god doesnt like uncleanness and says u will benifit urself by resisting unclean habits ephesians 4:19 and it is an unclean habit afterall so answer to ur question it is wrong but it isnt classed as bad as fornication and adultry hope this helps
The Bible never explicitly mentions masturbation or states whether or not masturbation is a sin. The Scripture most frequently pointed to in regards to masturbation is the story of Onan in Genesis 38:9-10. Some interpret this passage as saying that “spilling your seed” on the ground is a sin. However, that is not precisely what the passage is saying.
God condemned Onan, not for “spilling his seed,” but because Onan refused to fulfill his duty to provide an heir for his brother. The passage is not about masturbation, but rather about fulfilling a family duty. A second Scripture passage sometimes pointed to as evidence for masturbation being a sin is Matthew 5:27-30. Jesus speaks against having lustful thoughts and then says “if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away.” While there are parallels between this passage and masturbation, it is highly unlikely that masturbation was what Jesus was alluding to.
While the Bible nowhere explicitly states that masturbation is a sin, there is no question, however, as to whether the actions that lead to masturbation are sinful. Masturbation is nearly always the result of lustful thoughts, sexual stimulation, and/or pornographic images. It is these problems that need to be dealt with.
If the sins of lust, immoral thoughts, and pornography are forsaken and overcome - the problem of masturbation will become a non-issue. Many people (men and women) struggle with guilt from having masturbated, when in reality, the things that led to masturbating are far more worthy of feeling guilty over.

well first of all only one sperm lives to see child hood sperm do not yet have souls therefore no it is not a sin and female masterbation is ok too

Why are bikers outcasts? There is a church in San Bernardino, California that ministers to them. Do 'Christians' reject bikers? Why?

You're reading The logic used by Christians (and many of the religious in general) who condemn masturbation seems to be that it's a waste of one's "Seed" on something other than spawning a child, so why do so many also seem to frown on females masturbating?

but the FACT is , it does not matter how we feel , but how God feels, lusting in private or in public is wrong..we all have urges but we also have power to resist those urges and thoughts...release those pressures by helping the little old lady cross the street or bring the lady next next door a gallon of milk for the kids...just me though:)

Hello again, Just me
Do you really think helping an old lady across the street CAN release THOSE kinds of pressures. Just trying to keep it real, friend.

"but the FACT is , it does not matter how we feel , but how God feels":
That's all well and good, but may I remind you that your statements here are expressions of how YOU feel, not necessarily God.

sure can..all my reasoning is on how I feel God would view and HE gave plenty to study ,ponder and learn by..HE is merciful, sympathetic, compassionate, forgiving..he understands our "humanity"....urges controlled are part of becoming a MAN..is he man enough to resist and control when his wife is sitting home tending it and his kids and some loose harlot starts tempting....i am not saying God is gonna burn u in hell forever crap!!! i am just saying, yes, its natural urges, and as mature, and can control urself and thoughts, it will stop!!!but porn and such is not healthy and very dangerous ,especially to young maturing boys... :)justme
