Im addicted to icecream! I eat about two bowls of mint chocolate chip icecream every night. And there big bowls. And ive tried to stop but i cant. How bad is it for me?

i had mint chocolate chip yesterday and chocolate ice cream with coconut ice mixed in tonight.

i think you should cut own to one small cupful and then go to sleep.

also make sure the ice cream you buy is "light" and not full fat kind.

It's kind of bad, and not very healthy. If you save the ice cream, and only have it as a once in ahile treat, it will taste all the better that way.

Eating late at night is pretty bad for your system. It keeps your pancreas working instead of resting and may be one reason why some people become diabetic later in life. Plus there is no way for your body to use that glut of sugar, fat and carbs you just added and you'll just go to sleep.

I have an idea...DONT BUY ICECREAM...AND DONT EAT ICE CREAM...its a simple Yes I am going to...or No I will not...
Its called will power.
...and its not bad for you...but since your eating it at night before you go to sleep, and 2 big bowls...your body isnt using up the fat and calories your intaking...and ur gonna gain the extra pounds...

...so think about it.

...say....n......o.......no.
