Yes. Reportedly, the population is 50,000 in the summer and 6,000 in the winter.

We have some tourists coming here during the summer to go to the beach on South Padre Island, TX. Most of our tourists come during the winter when the snow is deep and the temps low up north.

The Gulf Coast of Florida has plenty of tourists this summer as people from the USA are staying domestic rather than going international.

Yes. The population of the Island where I live quadruples during the season. Lots of folk have summer homes here...and many come to stay for a week or two and rent a cottage. Still others come with RVs or trailers and stay at one of our RV parks.
Tourism is one of our 2 main economic bases. The other is the production of Maple Syrup.
St. Joseph Island maple syrup is shipped all over the world.

We never have tourists visit us. We normally have alot of them that pass through however. The number seems a bit down this season.

We don't attract many tourists around here but I think there's a lot going on in Connecticut right now.

There are free concerts on the greens in many of the towns at night. The country fairs are great around here and so are some of the arts and crafts shows. The autumn foliage will attract a lot of the gawkers who drive into our state every fall from New York.

I don't know if you could call them tourists, but we've been flooded with Europeans here in the UK.

That happened in May when the midshipmen graduated from the Naval Academy here in Annapolis, Maryland. I stayed away from downtown. It gets crazy.

Not if they can help it LOL!!! Okay, I'll be nice. We have many people that come for Spiedie and Balloon festival. And early in the summer there is a canoe regatta that people love to compete in. But usually it's for the fall color that people come to visit, though on the other side of us, the Delaware River is famous for it's great fishing and we are quite the hunter's destination for the fall.

Not too many - I live in a little suburb of Milwaukee so there isn't a whole lot to draw people over here.

I live in the Canary Islands, so we get tourists all year round, although the numbers peak during the summer.

It's winter at the moment but given our fine weather, the coastline and such close proximity to the Great Barrier Reef and Fraser Island ~ we have many tourists all year round :)
