I love the Chilli Cheese Burrito from Taco Bell, but I no longer eat pork or beef. Does anyone know a recipe that is similar where I can use turkey meat instead?

I use ground turkey in replace of pork and beef in quite a few of my dishes. I don't do anything different. I use the same seasonings. I use ground turkey for my meatloaf and I like it a lot better. I'm not big fan of ground beef.

One version of the recipe for home use is:
    Ingredients:
    flour tortillas
    grated cheddar or longhorn cheese
    Wolf Brand Chili
    small Fritos

    Directions:

Heat flour tortillas: one for each burrito. Sprinkle grated cheddar or longhorn cheese onto the hot tortilla, approximately 1 Tbsp per tortilla. Spread 2 Tbsp of Wolf Brand Chili thinly over the cheese and tortilla. Place a small handful of the small Fritos (not dip style nor Scoops) on top of the chili. More cheese may be added as desired.

You can replace the standard beef-based Wolf brand chili with Wolf Brand Turkey Chili.

1 pound ground turkey or beef
    1 large onion -- chopped
1 large green pepper -- chopped
    2 chilies , your choice
    1 clove garlic -- minced
    1 can re fried beans
    1 can chilies -- chopped
    3/4 cup picante sauce
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon oregano
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 dash cayenne
1 cup Monterey jack cheese -- shredded
    8 flour tortillas

Brown the turkey with onion, peppers and garlic. Drain excess fat. Add the remaining ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes, skimming excess liquid off the top. Let cool a bit so the mixture is a little firmer.
Warm the tortillas in the microwave or individually in a frying pan to soften.
Put a big spoonful in the center of each tortilla, top with some cheese, and wrap, folding the ends within.
Optional additions:black beans, corn, more chilies, rice, whatever you like.

It's very simple actually you get the ground turkey add the seasonings such as salt and pepper. Grab a skillet add a little water and 1 tablespoon of oil, add the ground turkey let the water evaporate and cook until it's brownish add the chilli, add cheddar cheese and warm up a flour tortilla add the ingredients and it's as easy as that. Good luck.
