Medium Rare
This is a tough one (no pun intended), I like my steak rare, but that option gives you best chance of getting food poisoning. On the other hand you will get the freshest cut of meat. However, a well done steak eliminates the chance of food poisoning, but according to Anthony Bordain (from the Food Network) if you order well done, the chef will likely take the oldest cut of meat from the deepest part of the freezer to give you. Guess I'll settle for medium rare, oh and I'll have creamed spinach and broccoli for my side.
oh yum. I like my steak medium, served with either mashed potatoes or a baked potatoe and a salad. LeSeur Peas too.
I like it very well done. Baked potao, and a salad on the side please.
Still mooing, please :) And thank you very much! can I bring something to add to the dinner?
Rare with onion rings please!
Well done with salad
Ooooooh..yum! Medium rare, please.
Medium please, hold the steak sauce.
Mooing.
Almost raw....just browned and warmed through please ;)
Moooooooo!!!! As rare as I can get it.
Rare to medium rare....Sometimes well done depending upon what type of establishment I'm in...if ya know what I mean ;-)
Medium well. The moo has to be gone.
With loads of onions and mushrooms...never forget mine cannot be burned, lol
Well done pleeeeeeeeeeeeease!! :D
Grilled to a nice medium rare please.
None of the above...I don't (can't) eat red meat...due to an old liver problem brought on by a parasite in central China...(but that is an even longer story:)
Med. and tender and someone else to cook it. :)
I eat my steak medium rare with a salad and baked potato.
medium rare, please
Pretty rare and I prefer it grilled, my favorite cut is a ribeye.
How do you like yours?
Medium Rare. please.
bloody
Very well done,no blood please.
Blue!
Burn it.
I don't normally cook stakes at all, I just drive them into the dirt to hold my tent down. Then I light a camp fire and grill some steaks. Medium rare, usually with a potato and/or some other kind of veggie. Onions are nice. Mmm.
i like it medium, fully heat the pan then a minute and a forty secs on each side. side order of chucky chips with pepper sauce or sweet chili potato skins. hmm
Rare, and a few onion rings and mushrooms please :-)
with a spoon, and chopsticks, with a side of matches.
i have mine near enough cremated, my husband has his partially dead..rare.
I like mine well done...I don't like blood seeping out.
I like mine medium.... I don't want it over cooked so it is tough and chewy and I don't want it to jump off of my plate and "moo" at me either!
Medium rare to medium... well done is a waste of good meat
G'day PensacolaDiva,
Thank you for your question.
My favourite steak is medium rare to medium. I don't like it virtually raw or burnt to a crisp although I would eat it.
Regards
Medium. Nicely pink in the center, maybe just a little bit of red.
Medium Rare to rare. Steak seasoning but no sauce please. mmmmmm steaaaaaak!
Anywhere from Medium Rare to Medium. I technically like my steak cooked Medium, but most places seem to overcook a medium.
Medium well to well-done. I don't mind a little pink but too much makes me ill.
I like mine rare, but in AZ you cannot request "rare" you have to get medium rare because of health hazards I guess.
Medium to Well Done....
well done.
Depends on who is preparing it (or where) and the cut of beef.
.
Generally, I do not order anything more done than medium rare...this way if they slightly overcook it, it should STILL be pink in the middle.
A properly cooked rare steak is really hard to beat, if it's of good quality. And if it's seared-rare or charred-rare...even better!
Medium -- :P
rare with a little honey drizzled on one side
charcoaled like to hear it crunck as I chew.
I Like it complety rare, more juices that way.
wel done... n am not much fan of thm steakz wich aint spiced/saltd enuf... :-|... peace!!!
I like it a nice medium. Not red and bloody, but not cooked to death. It's still got to be slightly pink and juicy.
Well done and smothered in onions and mushrooms.
