No, it was wrong. Why didnt she call the police, the first or second time he went through? Why didnt they get the license plate number from any of the three times through? Why do the baristas girl keep going to the window when they see the car? He was wearing women's underwear, how is that a crime?

Of course she was! Assault with intent to injure, maim or kill is always the first and most appropriate response to any annoyance, especially from a customer. I'm not sure who's worse here, though. Her for doing what she did or you for asking "Is this okay?" I guess since she's the one who actually tossed the water I give her the nod, but I've got my eye on you now, too.
