I'm of Armenian descent and that is our main meat. Some people have never really tasted "lamb"..they've eaten "mutton", which isn't very tasty at all. They're usually the ones who say they don't like lamb. What's not to like/love? Spring lamb is delicious..of course I grew up on it..my grandparents and my parents were experts at preparing it well! Love lamb! Roasted, with potatoes, freshly sliced chilled tomatoes covered with crumbled cheese and garlic bread dipped in spinach/artichoke dip..MY FAVORITE MEAL.
