Depends what you call dressed up. I wore a tie for my son's wedding in June. The time before that was for a wedding in 2006. Haven't worn one since. Dress pants and nice shirt (maybe a pullover) probably once a week.

I get somewhat dressed up for work 4 out of 5 days of the week. It sucks. I don't have to wear a tie or anything like that.

Very seldom. The only reason I have been getting dressed up lately is that my friends and family have decided that it is a summer of weddings this year. Since May, three down, two to go.
