  • That's almost a pound per day, not highly recommended. Put yourself under a doctor's care, if you are even considering this as yoo can really screw up your body if you don't do it right.
  • eating sensible & exercise. First you should consult your doctor about the health implications of losing weight. Cut out most fats, junk food & sweets increase you instake of lean meat, fish, fruit & veg, drink 2 litres of water every day. Do regular exercise, start off gently and increase as your fitness increases. I do however think that 100lbs is too dangerous so you should set a more realistic weight loss goal
  • Ive lost 40ilbs in 7 weeks With cutting out the crap foods and not eating as much .Plenty of fruit veg .Cycling started off slow but built up 20 miles a day .But drink plenty and im still losing it
  • sure is .Ill have to come over and get the bug got to get to 14 stone or below ha ha .Its hard work but getting there lol
