I'd be careful...there are slander and liable rules...I don't know how they apply to emails though...good question.

I don't know about suing you, but if you make any threats they may be able to take other actions such as getting a restraining order against you. It's never a good idea to put anything in writing when you're really angry.

Terrytuker not sure what you are meaning. It was an email sent to someone in anger. Not posted anywhere. The person just emailed and said his lawyer will be most amused by my aligations. What was that supposed to mean.

Haha no. It depends on the context though, if you're making death threats out of anger, that is illegal.

You can be sued for anything. The chances of anyone actually WINNING a lawsuit over something like that approaches zero as a limit. : )
