I am not sure what is in my culture because I eat most meat - no monkey brains (actually no brains at all because of Mad Cow disease). I do eat other organ meat, such as liver. I don't like gizzards and am not especially fond of chitterlings. Pig's feet are a bit too gristly for me and I didn't like squirrel the time I tried it. Most of these, I've been willing to try however - except brains. I would not eat the flesh of an extremely intelligent mammal such as a primate or a whale. Nor have I been willing to eat dog.
