Yes it's possible, but its a lot more common for a woman to do it, than it is for a man to. You can pretty much have a wet dream any time of day, and regardless for the length of the "dream." In fact, you can have a "wet dream" without the "dream" part too, if you are already aroused or suddenly become aroused the slightest thing can cause you to orgasm (ie the "wet" part).

It's possible, although it usually is a result of a prolonged period of high arousal. If you were to spend hours one day looking a pornography or thinking about sex and masturbating, you could work yourself up into a state of sexual arousal.
