Can anything be done about the squeeky noise that basketball players shoes make on the court?

That is done on purpose I am afraid. they add a sticking resin to the bottoms to help give them traction.

i have been playing basketball since i was 5 years old and i am now 14. the squeeky noise that the shoes makes basically means that they have a good grip on the floor.

ALL IT IS IS SWEAT U JUST GOT TO TAKE UR HAND AND RUB IT UP AGAINST THE BOTTOM OF UR SHOE.

No. To me that's the beauty of basketball! I love to watch and play basketball, and all it is is just the players running around and making cuts to either catch a pass or drive to the basket. It's like football pads colliding on a football field. It's all just part of the game.
