Decided it was time to visit my family doctor. He recommended a physical and found that I had a tumor growing in the space where my tonsils were. I feel incredibly healthier since the operation to remove the tumor. I have lost 16 lbs. since late April through eating healthier. I am trying to lose more weight and I'm planning on working out more often.

From morning to night we need a good amount of energy to work and for this it is very important to maintain health. I do workout on daily basis so that my body never giveup. Morning walk, Running, and stretching are some easy way for best health. obviously eating a healthy food is also matter for proper health.
