Help answer this question below.

I have an LG CU515 (plum) cell phone. When I send a text message or change a setting, it makes a confirmation tone and shows a little check mark on the screen. Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off this annoying noise?? It drives me nuts!

    i just figured it out like...twenty seconds ago. go to your menu. go to settings. audio & ringtones. alert type. other alert tones. silent. no more annoying noise. YAY!
