Where can i get some?
-
Nope. Never.

"Cutie" was such a discovery. I found them in New York Chinatown a couple weeks ago, and as far as I know, they are the closest to Japanese "mikan" oranges that I grew up eating. I hope they will become more available in this country. They are so refreshingly sour & sweet, and easy to peel.

I've had some california cuties edit: oh you were talking about the fruit
-
Yes, they're in the Raleys, Bel Air, Nob Hill stores in the Sacramento Valley area (in California) right now (I can't speak for other areas) They are the cutest little orange/tangerine cross fruits :) They are seedless and very thin skinned, easy to peel and quite delicious. One of the other comments said they were "sour & sweet" but none of the ones I've tried were anywhere close to sour. Nice & sweet...and cute!!

Well, I used to BE a California Cutie and yes I have eaten them. They ARE very good:-) But my favorites are Clementines.
-
One comment said they were good but their favorite was Clementine oranges well Cuties are a type of clementine just a little fyi
-
Nope. But, I get all the Navels I can handle. Everyone's got a tree in their backyard here. ^_^
-
Yes, they are actually clememtines. Just in case you see the generic name clementine, you'll know it is the same.
-
California cuties are ok, BUT!.....Have you tried Texas Oranges!? Nothing beats those oranges in my opinion!
-
Never had them. And I feel left out because everyone seems to know the names of loads of oranges. For me, it's a big orange. A tangerine. Or a clementine. And I can't tell the difference.
