Help answer this question below.
eBay has many things to help Sellers. Go to their HELP Seller section and either call them or type in How do I calculate shipping charges? in their search window. You will find them very happy to help you get started!! You can arbitraily charge what you want for packing and shipping, but eBay can figure it out for you and explain it to you more accurately, so you can even have a shipping calculator for potential buyers to use on each one of your listings! :) It's really simple once you get the information. Check it out of course on www.ebay.com
You charge shipping yourself.
Or you can let eBay do it for you.
