Help answer this question below.

Sony kv32xbr37, 1995. When I turn on set get alternating black, then normal screen; each lasting1/2sec. After 3min screen is completly normal and can use tv for hours. Upon next startup, then have same problum all over again . Any ideas maybe crt or flyb
