Well, for me, every text costs $.05, so it means that I'd be charged that in addition to any charges incurred for the thing I'm texting for.
for verizion its 10cents and at&t i think its 15 if you have like unlimited it wont affect you
It means that the company doesn't pay for the text. You pay for it, plus any charges the other company charges.
If you dont have unlimited text then you have to pay like 10 cents a message!! if you have unlimited then no rate applys to you because you pre pay!!!
It means whatever is standard for that praticular company.
My partner has a virgin mobile but his contract is with orange.the battery went flat and now he cant send or receive pic messages what can he do

My boyfriend is on my cell phone plan.I have detailed billing.He sends and receives a lot of text messages.Is there a way to find out the phone numbers of the messages?Or, the actual messages.
