What is the best and the worst outfit you have seen on someone today?

    The best outfit was mine, obviously - the worst was a young girl in a pair of pyjama bottoms (and they were pyjama bottoms - not just baggy pants).

    Worst - a woman in a floor length black coat covered in big black baubles. It was totally bizarre, not to mention the fact it's August. Her friend was a close second in a white shell suit. Best - work colleague wearing a slinky black top and trousers, she always manages to look so smart.
