If a friend of yours or family member that lives in another state,city or country comes and visit your city that you live in and doesn't even tell you, or call you and you find out about it would you be mad?

    It depends. If he came for holiday and did not call, you have the right to be upset. If he came for a reason and had very little time in hand, you must not hold it against him. The reasoning is required before reacting.

    It depends how much time they had. I have visited a city where a friend lived without contacting them, but that was because I was arriving late at night, had a full schedule of meetings the next day including supper with customer, then an early flight out. What is the point of saying "I am in your town, but too busy to see you"? On the other hand, if I had a free weekend in town, I would definitely call any friends/relatives.
