  • depends on where you live. probably not much. there are people with bachelors degrees that have problems getting jobs. you may be able to get a job in a place that requires basic office skills like basic computers, accounting..maybe some private owned places. places like hospitals, offices, etc usually want you to have a alot more computer training and bookkeeper training than what associate degrees give you. It sucks I know. I was going to finish my associates in business but everytime I saw an ad for help wanted it required things that would take an bachelors degree and experience. IT will be tough. If you live in a small town it will be easier but if you live in a big town or have a college near that offers a bachelors in business, you are probably screwed. You may have to look for something online to do at home or go back and get a bachelors.
  • An Associate's degree in Business in fact provides a foundation for further studies in business. An associate’s degree also counts for applicable credits towards a Bachelor’s program and gives you the chance to ensure that you are completely passionate about the subject and willing to dedicate the requisite number of years spent on an advanced degree for the same. That said, you would definitely qualify for a managerial position but you would not have the same advantages of someone who had completed his Bachelor's degree, for example. So, I would advise you to treat an Associate degree in business as a career stepping stone and not the ends to the mean.
