Some people take street drugs out of curiosity... the hype surrounding them was always a mystery to me, until the first time I tried marijuana (for the record, I am not messed up). Others are less informed and could not care less what will happen to their lives afterwards. However, isn't it important to note that street drugs will not necessarily mess up one's life? Soft drugs are rarely addictive and are used by many... your best friend could be a weed smoker and you might not even know it. Ultimately, your question is flawed. Street drugs (mostly hard) have been known to put people down in the gutters, but you seem to have the idea that all street drugs will mess someone up regardless of what drug is, or who the person taking them is. It would be wise to rethink your question, perhaps do a little more research.
