My 2001 Chevy S10 4x4 is leaking oil from the rear differential. I looked and looked aqain but there is no access plug to add or drain oil. What do I do? Should I drill and make a fill hole? Put a rubber plug in it like Dodge does?

Here is a picture showing where the fill plug is. To drain the unit you remove the cover.

do not drill and put a rubber plug you will end up with more leaks than you started with if you look on the left side of the differential up front by the driveshaft you should find a fill plug it should take an extension and a 3/8 ratchet or a 9/16 wrench to remove it
