You have to mod your game to access it, as the event was originally taken out of the game before release. Otherwise there's no way to see it.
For modding it though, if you want to trigger it, you need a girlfriend, and you have to treat her right the whole time.

There was a controversy about that a while back. There is a third party mod called Hot Coffee that will do that. I never tried it (doesn't interest me), so I can't tell you if it works, but Jack Thompson was up in arms about it, so...
Why can't you get into area 69 without doing anything wierd like going into walls then jet packing that takes hours

I have been playing GTA SA completed only missions and then i've start to win all gang wars and i have lost a some objects after that in the city like a garbage and some funny thing at beach in Los Santos and a lot more i have them before why?
