How many hours does it take to cook a just the whole breas of a turkey (4.56 pounds)?

    Timing is an in-accurate measure. Use a meat thermometer. Turkey breast should be cooked till 166 degrees. I err on the part of safety and cook it till 170... Ignore those pop up thermometer things... They are set at 180 and that is over cooking... dry bird.
