Help answer this question below.

I downloaded a free trial of Adobe Illustrator CS2, and I tried to uninstall the tryout, and now its stuck. I went into Program Files, and deleted everything..but its still there. I try to remove it with "Add/Remove Programs" but no luck there. HELP!

    There's a free tool that Microsoft produces called the "Windows Install Cleanup Tool". If you google that and download it, you can run it on your computer and delete the "Add/Remove Program" entry. This will probably allow you to restart the setup for Illustrator.

    Search the registry and delete anything with that file name. And check your MS config to see if there is anything there that's wanting to start the program and delete it. Besides these two things I can't think of anything else to do for it. Hope this helps, good luck.

    i am having the sam efrikkin problem! exept after i nstalled it i couldnt log on windows ormally i had to open in safe mode, start>run>msconfig>startup(disable all)>services>(hide windows srvices)>then disable all and bam here i am! i can log on originall windows problem know is i cant delete this illustarator cs3 so i am going dow download that "Windows Install Cleanup Tool" program and hopefully it will work!

    i want to uninstall trial adobe illustrator. the trial is over but i cannot get rid of it as it is interfering with my programs.
