• I need vegetables too. I prefer a high protein and high vegetable diet. I like some carbohydrates with every meal but not too much of them. If I do not eat vegetables it really affects my mood and makes me irritable and I cannot focuss. I also get ill more if I dont have vege. If I do not get my protein I get very tired very easily.

• When I serve meals to my family, the plate consist of 1/2 vegetables, 1/4 protein and 1/4 starch/carb. I think of my veggie first when planning meals.

• I used to absolutely love milk, I don't like it so much anymore though because I drank so much of it as a kid that I am now lactose intolerant. So just to warn you, you can drink a lot of milk just try not to over due it.
