Gum works my cravings off, or a cup of hot milk/tea makes you sleepy and not hungr. If you have fiber cereal that is a good choice

Drink water till you cannot take one more sip into the mouth without getting the urge to throw up. Your hunger pangs will disappear.

What I do is have a glass of water with a tiny drop of lemon in it. Sometimes, if it gets too bad, I have a few Cheerios.

Well it's 4'00 now I just off work and I'm going to warm me up some spare ribs my self.

I would suggest having a drink as being thirsty is often confused with hunger pangs (they can feel very similar)

I go to bed, after I fall asleep I'm not hungry anymore.
