Would you ever pay for your child to get plastic surgery? If so, what kind would find acceptable?

    my brother's ears were sticking out real bad (Prince Charles thing ) and my parents had them put closer to his head. He was happy when he realized that otherwise he wouldn't have been able to put helmets (comfortably) when practicing sports.....

    If it was to repair the result of a defect or an accident of course.

    If they had a feature that made them depressed and unhappy.

    Not bigger breasts or something like that.

    Yes, if he had been in a car crash or similar and needed re constructive plastic surgery I would do what I could to pay for it.

    If they had some kind of birth defect that altered their physical appearance, like a cleft pallet or something to that effect, then yes. Or if they had an accident and needed reconstructive surgery.

    not unless it was because of a deformity that they had. they should be happy with the way that god made them, and you as their parent should feel the same.
