I would like to cook my turkey in my Rival Roaster but I have lost my directions. I know that the cooking time is shorter in a roaster than in an oven however I do not know by how much. Please help me. Thank you

Here is the FAQ on the Rival website http://www.rivalproducts.com/help.aspx?helpNav=1 Scroll down to the roaster section. There are several helpful tables that recommend the turkey be cooked to an internal temperature of 180 degrees F.

A fresh turkey (10-14 lbs) should be roasted at 350 degrees F for 15-20 minutes per pound.
A prebasted turkey (10-14 lbs) should be roasted at 375 degrees F for 12-17 minutes per pound.
A prebasted turkey (14-22 lbs) should be roasted at 375 degrees F for 13-18 minutes per pound.

For better browning, it also suggests basting the turkey in butter before placing it in the roasting oven. Baste with butter every half-hour while it's cooking.
