Why is it that when I'm about to orgasm i feel like i got to pee? Every time I get this sensation I seem to hold it then I never orgasm, is the sensation to pee the orgasm and I'm holding in the orgasm?

Empty your bladder right before you have sex. Then even if it feels like you have to pee, you can be certain that you won't.

I'm pretty sure what is happening is that you are stimulating the nerves in that area when the shaft of his penis is rubbing up against your clit.
