Not necessarily. Dishwashers, microwaves and ovens all heat differently. Microwave energy penetrates glass and pottery to heat the water molecules in the contents of the dish. Dishwasher use nothing more than really hot water. However the super heated air in an oven can heat up any air pockets in the pottery or glass itself, causing the air in the pocket to expand and shatter the dish.

Not at all. Hot water doesn't get nearly as hot as an oven can get. Boiling water is 212° and an oven is rarely used that low
I have a few dishwasher/microwave plastic things that would die in the oven.
