I hope that "recently bought" means that the player is still under warranty. Any problems of this nature require servicing to correct. Return the player to the dealer, if it is under warranty, and get it replaced or repaired. If it is out of warranty, get an estimate for repairs and determine if it is worth the expense. This is a budget player with a so-so reputation, so you might find another company's product more reliable and better sounding.
