Help answer this question below.

I have just made a new profile and i sent the confirmation email to my email and it been 2days and i still haven't got it..i even check the spam folder and added answerbag as a contact and i'm still bot getting it

    If you can't find your email, and it's been at least a day, go to your profile page, scroll to the bottom, click FEEDBACK, and inform the admins of your problem. You may want to include the link in the comment. Don't forget to hit SUBMIT.

    I am with AOL and I am having the same problem. Nothing from AB has come to my mailbox or through my Spam. I verified that my email address is correct as well. Is AB addressing this?

    I am also not receiving the confirmation mails. I am receiving mails when thread update, so it's not that something is being blocked.

    are you using AOL or a server that is strict on spam..they will more than likely continue to block it. most of us are using free servers like yahoo and we have no problem.

    Did you check your spam folder? It could be there. If not, go back to the site and try again. Check and make sure your email address is correct, and not misspelled.

    If it still happens, check with your ISP (Internet Service Provider) and see if they filter email coming from the site.

    Check the rules for posting profiles and just make sure that your profile didn't step over the line and cause your profile to be deleted
