Question

Help answer this question below.

Why do my neighbors walk their dogs on my lawn? Why don't they walk them on their OWN lawns? If they are so compelled, can't they at least bring a pooper-scooper with them? Would it be fair for me to go poop on their lawn in return?

I've actually had that problem before. This is what I did: I watched what dog and house it came from, promptly went out with a grocery bag and redeposited it on their lawn. When asked what I was doing I simply informed the gentleman that I saw he was out of poopie-pick-ups, so I made sure he got his fertilizer back. He called the police. I simply explained to the officer what he had done and he wrote the gentleman a ticket for not cleaning up after his dog. But that is just how I handled it. Oh, and don't go on his lawn, that is against the law and could mean jail time for you. Good luck to you.

Personally if they kept this up I would scoop it up and post it thro their letterbox.

I used to pick it up for them then put it on their lawn...

Or if you wanna really get the point across, place it in a lunch bag and set it ablaze by their front door. Juvenile, but sometimes you gotta take drastic measures.

Okay. Thanks all, but here's a follow-up. That strip of grass owned by the city called the "Parkway." Do I have the same right if they relieve the dogs there?
