I tried for a long time to go to be earlier and earlier, to get up earlier and earlier... but I kept failing. I gave up, you know. Instead of going to bed and waking up earlier, I started going the other way. Later and later, until I cycled through the day and was on track again. It turns out it was much easier to do. You might also try caffeine. Coffee used to make me tired. It helped me get to sleep. It doesnt anymore, but it keeps me awake now. Im not suggesting using it as an energy boost or a vice or to wake yourself up in the mornings... but you might try using it to force a delay. Come down off your caffeine when you know you will be tired anyway, and time it to when you should be sleeping.

Try fasting. It sounds funny but your body clock has a lot more to do with food consumption then the amount of light you get daily. Try fasting for at least 18 hours and then start with a breakfast at the time you need to get up. That should reset your system. Don't eat anything after 6pm for a while after and see if you can sleep the way you want to.
