A website blocker may help u. I used it block my son opening unwanted websites. You can free try it from here: http://www.keylogger123.com/website-blocker.html I think it a samrt tool.

Get off of MyYearbook.com. It bombards you with lots of different things. There are lots of cleaner less annoying websites out there.
