The only thing I could find that had to do with escrow and entertainment was an escrow account to guarantee ticket buyers a refund, if a show is cancelled, or something happens. Here is the comment letting you know if you are exempt from this law. The law does not apply to facilities who: • Have for a period of ten years, produced or presented events at the same entertainment facility or under the same corporate or organizational name, or are affiliated with such an entity. • Maintain minimum net capital of $100,000, or net worth of $200,000. • Have no more than 99 seats for paying customers. • Do not have more than $2500 in weekly ticket sales. If I find anything under escrow to obtain ann attorney only, I will let you know. I am just trying to google your answer for you.

You should really contact and attorney for that answer. The retainer amount for an attorney is determined by the attorney. The reatiner amount that you give him or her will then be kept in an escrow account or a trust account until you need their services at which time they will bill you for and the amount will come out of your account.
