  • try apple cider vinegar. After two weeks my acne was almost completely cleared. after you wash fash, take cotton ball, put apple cider vinegar on it, and put on pimples ( not entire face)
  • Try zinc.
  • Best to take the whole family of B vitamins than just Niacin. Spirulina does have the whole batch except B12 (it has it but not bioavailable)and that does well for hormonal acne. Niacin causes flushing. Be careful.
  • my dermatologist as well as primary care physician told me that vitamins (and lack thereof) have nothing to do with acne. its bacteria that cause acne, not lack of vitamin B or other.
