If there is a mortgage on the property it can't be given away..In essence it belongs to the bank until it is paid off..I am looking for a mobile on land of it's own. If you need to sell I have cash..Contact Buzz at buzc@comcast.net..........

Deed in lieu of foreclosure IS giving the property back to the bank and she will be evicted. If the children want the property they better ante up the loan payments and refinance in their own names.
