Help answer this question below.

Do you think Narcan should be less strictly regulated and available for drug users/addicts? (Narcan is the antidote to heroin which can save a persons life in the event of an overdose.) Why is it so strictly regulated when it could save lives?

    Maybe I am wrong, but I thought that at least in Ca opiate addicts can request Narcon W/O a prescription.If I am wrong, please someone correct me..To answer the question, I think it should be available to all opiate addicts and their friends and loved ones, it will save many lives...Lets hope it will be available everywhere soon!!
