  • Try putting the alarm away from the bed so you actually have to get up to turn it off :) And also maybe going to bed a bit earlier will help too:)
  • Take a shower in the morning. Wake up to music, instead of an alarm clock. That always helped me when I was in high school. Why are you waking up at 5:30 though?! God forbid!!!! What time does school start?!
  • use two alarm clocks, and make sure at least one of them is not in arm's reach. your best bet is putting the most annoying sounding one on the other side of the room so you *have* to get up to turn it off.
  • Just force yourself to sit up and get out of bed. It gets easier after that, because once you're already out of bed you know you can't really just hop back in.
  • Well, I usually use two alarms. I have to get up at 6 for school, so I set my iPod alarm for 5:45, and my clock alarm for 6. Once the alarm goes off at 6, I'm already partially awake. Oh, and my clock alarm is loud and across the room, so I have to get up. Then I get out of bed and do my exercises to wake myself up.
  • All I can think of is to go to bed earlier at night and get the type of alarm clock that you have to get up and turn off.
  • set one that is loud and annoying, (the radio works!) near your bed. if you fall asleep after it goes off, have another one set on the other side of the room so you can get up to turn it off. that and pchying (did i spell that right??!!) yourself the night before reminding yourself that you HAVE to get up on time. that always works for me, but i am a light sleeper...
