Drug test inconclusive, demanded sample retest. next day filed worker comp. 10 min later terminated and right for sample retest revoked. do i have a case?

    Case for what? In most states, employment is "at will" which means the employer can terminate you for no reason at all. Based on the meager details you gave, you probably became a problem employee, so the boss decided to get rid of you.
