Help answer this question below.
If you're talking about forms of dance that you typically see at parties or clubs, as opposed to formal dancing, then just give yourself over to the groove. Try to "feel" the music, not just hear it, and allow your body to follow. Usually, your body already knows what to do, it's your brain that gets in the way!
Oh, and above all, realize that dancing is FUN! Not something to worry about. Enjoy!
A lot of time spent with the radio loud, the door to my room closed, and a mirror. Maybe even some random items to sing into.
Of course this also implies that I'm not a very good dancer.
drink, your always a good dancer if your a little drunk, even if your the only one who thinks so which is usually the case with me :)
who ever down rated this, start saving, maybe you can buy a sense of humor. I don't care if you skip over it without giving me any points but if you go thru down rating every joke, it wouldn't be any fun, ass
Watched other dancers.
Practiced moves in front of a mirror.
Got half blasted & went for it.
But, hey, that's just me.
For me the Beat and Passion have alway's been there! I went to Fred Astaire Studio - to get a free lesson - the next thing I knew I became a Dance Instructor - and loved it !! -- Pattijo
