lemonade is GREAT! Lemon-merangue (sp?) pie is another good way of using up your lemons, or garnishing drinks...

Squeeze them and drink the juice. love lemon juice on its own.

Sqeeze 'em and freeze 'em into ice cubes. Stockpile them for use later. You can always defrost, or drop into drinks, or put into soups for a little extra zing! If you do nothing you waste them! :)

Make lemon curd, lemon blossom cupcakes, lemon chicken, preserved lemons, mile high lemon pie.

Not a huge fan of lemonade myself... but when life hands me lemons, I just slice them into wedges and make a boatload of Gin and Tonics to put them into.
