My 1 year old baby girl have fever and I gave her infants's tylenol at 6pm. The fever was gone after two hour. However, the fever is back at 12:30. What should I do?

    generally when the child has an infection any medication manages to keep the fever under control for about 4/6 hours and then it erupts again till the infection persists.

    Fever is a signal that the body is fighting some kind of an infection.Just getting the fever to subside is not enough you have to find out what is causing the fever and treat that.

    give tylenol ever 4-6 hours.. so give it again.
