Let them dream of better things.

Ditto, ditto, and ditto! I tell my kids all the time how the public is so brutal to the famous people. I say they are people just like us and make mistakes...just like us. Thank God my kids do not idealize these people, they realize they should be left alone to live their lives. They realize this already and they are just 8 & 9 yrs old...to bad all kids weren't this easy. But I still can't wait until school starts. While I hate questions like those, what I hate more are questions young kids ask about having sex or getting pregnant. That bothers me in a bad way!!!

LOL. Welcome to the 2008 version of "Summer on Answerbag." To answer your questions - yeah, maybe a little tired of reading those questions, and no, apparently these kids have yet to understand they can't get the good info here on AB!

I don't have kids, and my age may lead to the impression that I am a kid(God forbid) and even I am sick of it. Movie stars are just people. The way the younger generation just idolizes these pop stars is insane. They. Are.People.Too- not animals at a petting zoo. It's just a faze though- everyone will move on from the Jonas Brothers and all that jazz soon enough(hopefully), so don't let it bother you too much.

Um...Welcome to 2008 where the whole pre-teen world is obsessed with Jonas Brothers, Hannah Montana, and High School Musical. They need to get a life. AND GET ACTIVE.
