That is hard to say. Because if it is an antihistime, it can make you sleepy. If it is a decongestant like Sudafed it can make you hyper and cause your heart to race. There are many over the counter sinus meds, so I would simply go to your local pharmacy and ask the Pharmacist for his recommendations. If you want a prescription for it, call your doctor and discuss your concerns with him or her. Good Luck

What type of sinus problem do you have? Are you looking for a decongestant or an histamine-blocker?

If you just need an anti-histamine the simplest and the purest with least side effects for most I would guess is called "hydroxazine hydrochloride" (the generic of Atarax). It is also, as most antihistamines like Benadryl are, a sedative. So it can make you drowsy and give you a dry mouth (most common symptoms). But it is very well tolerated by most people. I personally have taken it for my dust allergies for 10 years or so. If you get recurrent sinus infections and need a decongestant, ask your doctor, because they have alot more potential for both addiction as well as side effects. Also, with regard to side effects, it is very individual, and would also depend on whether you take any other prescription drugs or have other health conditions that might cause an undesireable reaction.
